Eunice Olumide, scottish super model, recently talked about her role in the upcoming Star Wars anthology film Rogue One. Her carefully vague answer provides us with some details without really giving anything away. Which is good, because the ghost of Michael Eiesner would haunt her for eternity and he’s not even dead yet!
Her exact words were: ” I did a small feature in Star Wars Rogue One. That was a really awesome experience. I don’t have lines but it was an incredible experience to be part of such an iconic film. I was originally supposed to play a nomad, but since I’m athletic I ended up playing a rebellion leader. I did not get any lines, but I got to wear this really outlandish costume and run through a bar while a tank comes after us. The about 20 stormtroopers pile out and there’s lots of explosions. I have this sort of mushroom on my head.”
But that does tell us some key things- there’s a bar fight with Stormtroopers and a tank! I guess Gareth Edwards was not kidding when he said he was going to be directing this as if it were a war movie. I’m ready to enlist!
What do you think- will Rogue One be a great way to experience the Star Wars Universe without the Skywalker family or is this just a naked money grab by Disney? Let us know in the comments below.
